Through my own healing journey, and through my work as a self-love coach who has served over 300+ clients, I have gathered my best tools, insights, and methods to combat self-sabotage head on and create results not only in my life but in my clients’ lives.

My approach for this course:

  • CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: aims to teach people that it is possible to have control over your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. CBT helps you to challenge and overcome automatic beliefs, and use practical strategies to change or modify your behavior.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy: connection between a person’s past experiences – often from childhood – and their current mindset
  • Inner child healing: an approach to recognizing and healing childhood trauma. It recognizes that our behaviors as an adult stem from our childhood experiences. Inner child work focuses on addressing our unmet needs by reparenting ourselves.
